This page represented my first venture into web hosting using my own server in my living room ... until the site became so popular that I had to move it out to its own dedicated quarters, which happened on 11-13-2007.
      Available here is a collection of Scenic pictures, consisting of some 1.1 GB (to date), mostly downloaded from the Internet over the last few years, which I have been enjoying. This collection has proven so popular that I have had to move it off my living room server to an online site. In this online treasure trove, you will find yourself directly in the directory of online content. View or download -- the choice is yours! Also, there is a text file listing the entire contents of the picture directories.

Notes regarding the pix

      Please note that I am not omniscient, which means that many of the (especially older) pix are inadequately identified as to where and/or what they are in their file names. IF YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING in this regard, you will have my undying gratitude. Note also that the pix in this collection have arrived in my in-box in various states of editing and condition. I have essentially only trimmed off garbage portions; otherwise, they are as received. Note that the pix are sorted into directories only by size.
